Hired for Full time - $1,000 Hired for Part Time - $500 Classes are anticipated to begin early April 2026. Once the class is completed, an audition will be administered. If you pass the audition, you can then apply for any of our open dealer positions. Attending Dealer School does not automatically guarantee employment as a Table Games Dealer. Must be able to successfully complete the gaming process and obtain a level 2 gaming license and maintain license. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE DEALER CLASS - INTERNAL CANDIDATES: Must be a current Team Member in good standing. Must be able to successfully complete the gaming process and obtain a level 2 gaming license and maintain license. Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures. As called upon, explains aspects of various games to gaming patrons. Maintains an intimate and sound understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department.
