About The Position
As a Dealer Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Independent Retail team working as a remote employee in Jackson. You will get to grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market. This position requires regular travel (1-2 overnights per week) and the ability to manage dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market and to increase category penetration in underdeveloped markets. You will execute new dealer onboarding, including prospecting, completing paperwork, and training new dealers. Additionally, you will attend meetings and shows such as National Sales Training, Dealer Convention, Test Drive Events, and Regional Meetings. You will also handle parts lookups, reorders, pricing issues, and work with dealers to resolve service issues, locate service bulletins, and manage warranty claims.
