As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding our market presence. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the non-prime auto finance sector and an existing network of dealerships. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with new dealers, servicing existing accounts, and ensuring that our partnerships thrive. Your role will involve daily visits and calls to dealers, where you will provide exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding monthly goals related to funding and dealer sign-ups. You will also monitor dealer performance metrics to ensure ongoing success and profitability. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can hit the ground running, with a minimum of three years of experience as a Dealer Relationship Manager or in a similar role. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working from a home office, as this position requires significant travel within your assigned territory.
