About The Position

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated team member responsible for dealing specific table games such as Blackjack and Mini-Baccarat in a professional and proficient manner. The role requires adherence to company policies and gaming regulations while ensuring a pleasant gaming experience for customers. Team members will interact effectively with the public and fellow team members, providing excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities include protecting and controlling the game, handling player transactions, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The position also involves promoting departmental and property-wide promotions and maintaining a consistent attendance record.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Proven knowledge, training, and/or experience on the assigned game required.
• Basic knowledge of all current house procedures required.
• Appropriate Licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Protect and control the game being dealt.
• Conduct games in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle player transactions and notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.
• Advise Pit Manager or Floor person of any player disputes or arguments.
• Inform Floor Supervisor of any important facts regarding specific players.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere.
• Promote departmental and property-wide promotions.
• Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
