About The Position

The position involves dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the games dealt. The dealer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and company policies.

Requirements

• At least three months of experience dealing multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment
• Ability to manipulate cards, dice, chips and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks
• Able to accurately perform basic math skills
• Ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet players and maintain a friendly, courteous, pleasant attitude
• Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service
• Offer to explain the games to inquiring customers and novices
• Provide accurate game protection and security to the game and all players
• Ensure that all fill and credit slips and other documents presented are accurate and complete
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, team members, promotional ideas and business plans
• Notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel or operational problems
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
