Indirect Lending is building a robust Dealer Management program. This position will be responsible for executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships. This position will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.
