Secure optimized steering of spare parts for dealers around the globe through an automated inventory concept. Optimize and visualize supply chain process to balance end customer availability of spare parts at dealerships with the total supply chain cost for customers, including Volvo Penta, Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, and Volvo Construction Equipment. Simulate and optimize service, inventory, and forecasting parameters to enable cost-efficient ways to meet future spare parts demand. Use data to surface and investigate supply chain challenges; create analysis to identify problem root causes and provide solutions in supply chain operation. Develop future DIM capabilities by developing micro services in a cloud-native solution in a DevOps team structure. Visualize and tell a story with data that compels stakeholders to understand and take action utilizing PowerBI, Qlikview, and Tableau. Drive continuous improvement of processes.
