About The Position

The Dealer Guide is primarily focused on managing and strengthening client relationships, educating clients on Zippy's loan processes and technology, and ensuring clear communication of process updates. A significant part of the role involves driving revenue growth by increasing loan applications and funding from clients, while also identifying and communicating any growth barriers to leadership. This position requires diligent performance tracking, particularly in market share metrics, and meticulous management of client data in Salesforce. A profound knowledge of Zippy's loan processes is essential, along with the ability to advocate for clients' interests within the organization. The Dealer Guide is a critical in bridging the gap between clients and Zippy's internal teams, ensuring both client satisfaction and business success. As this is a brand-new team building out a new channel, travel requirements will ramp up over time, ultimately reaching as much as 80% as Zippy expands its dealer footprint.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-70% within an assigned territory.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building.
  • Highly curious and skilled at problem-solving.
  • Extroverted and relationally oriented, comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and managing client data through CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner with a 'figure it out' mentality.
  • Background in tech-forward environments, mortgage, or tech enablement preferred.
  • SaaS experience and the ability to highlight the value of tech products.
  • A personal connection to the manufactured housing industry is a plus.
  • Prior MLO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building, maintaining, and growing the relationship with Zippy’s clients and their key contacts in the manufactured housing dealer channel.
  • Responsible for maintaining market share with existing dealers and driving pull-through at their locations.
  • Responsible for growing applications and funded loans at any given client.
  • Clearly communicate to leadership the reason for any revenue growth block and quantify the opportunity size.
  • Responsible for on-site and remote training of dealer sales and transactions teams on Zippy’s processes and technology.
  • Responsible for communicating process updates and changes.
  • Responsible for tracking Zippy’s performance with each dealership, primarily market share each month.
  • Responsible for ensuring Salesforce is up-to-date with key contacts at clients and tracking communication.
  • Responsible for understanding Zippy’s loan process from start to finish.
  • Ability to thrive in a new, fast-evolving channel by helping define territories and establishing outreach cadence.
  • Represent your client’s best interests within Zippy.
  • Deep understanding of Zippy’s process from marketing to application to funding.
  • Stay informed on market trends, lending practices, and dealer dynamics.
  • Ensure dealership operations and loan activities meet Zippy’s standards and legal requirements.
