About The Position

We are looking for a Dealer Development Specialist- East Coast who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and making an impact in the powersports industry. In this role, you will be the face of Sena to our dealer partners—helping them succeed with our products through training, education, and business support. You’ll own your territory, create strategies for growth, and ensure Sena products are visible and well-supported at the retail level. This is a high-energy role requiring extensive travel—up to 80% of the time—to meet directly with dealers, host trainings, and represent Sena at industry events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, dealer management, or customer development, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a professional presence that earns dealer trust.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to manage travel, reporting, and dealer engagement effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate dealer needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of powersports products such as helmets, accessories, or vehicles is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with powersports industry trends and dealer networks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute growth strategies in your assigned territory. Identify new opportunities, assess dealer needs, and drive measurable results.
  • Relationship Building: Create strong, lasting partnerships with dealers by understanding their businesses and delivering consistent, reliable support.
  • Sales & Promotion: Champion Sena’s product line with dealers and distributors. Educate partners, promote new product launches, and ensure brand presence in stores meets company standards. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Product Expertise: Master Sena’s technology and share your knowledge with confidence through engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track territory performance, manage expense reports, and analyze sales and market data to guide business planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, distributor reps, and cross-functional departments to ensure dealer success and alignment across the business.
  • Travel: Commit to extensive travel within your territory (up to 80%), including dealer visits, regional events, and trade shows.
