About The Position

Scania USA is looking for a Dealer Development Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our dealer network across the Unites States. This role is critical in ensuring that dealers are connected and aligned with Scania processes and service standards. You will be responsible for coordinating training registration, system access, Scania Assistance cases, and warranty support — acting as a key point of contact between Scania USA and our network. This role requires a structured, process-oriented mindset and a strong service attitude.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and structured approach to task execution.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused, with strong respect for deadlines and process compliance.
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Scania systems or similar dealer diagnostic tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming Scania Assistance calls and ensure appropriate case follow-up.
  • Track dealer training activities and verify that all prerequisites and records are correctly maintained.
  • Coordinate dealer system subscriptions, account creation, and access support.
  • Provide first-line guidance on warranty-related questions and direct dealers to the correct Scania resources.
  • Ensure dealers are following Scania processes and procedures consistently.
  • Support the Senior Manager – Dealer Support with reports, compliance monitoring, and performance-related administrative tasks.
  • Act as an operational liaison between Scania USA and the dealer network.
