About The Position

Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5-7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Automotive retail operations (especially fixed operations) Automotive technical or service environments Warranty claims auditing (strongly preferred) In-depth understanding of dealership processes and the franchised dealer model Required Skills Hands-on experience with warranty claims auditing Strong knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and service operations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools) Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in financial, compliance, or operational auditing Experience with dealership management systems and warranty platforms Familiarity with automated or digital audit tools and processes Experience developing or interpreting policies, procedures, or technical documentation Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, PMP) Core Competencies Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous, travel-based role Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across dealership networks Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements
