5-7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Automotive retail operations (especially fixed operations), Automotive technical or service environments, Warranty claims auditing (strongly preferred)
In-depth understanding of dealership processes and the franchised dealer model
Hands-on experience with warranty claims auditing
Strong knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and service operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes
Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous, travel-based role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across dealership networks
Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
