Our Customer Success Team Lead will be responsible for building and leading the organization that drives dealer adoption from installation through long-term lifecycle enablement. This role owns the full Dealer Activation function, including onboarding, relaunch execution, and ongoing enablement, and is accountable for delivering a consistent, scalable, and high-quality dealer experience. This leader also owns UVeye’s external training strategy and is responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing a comprehensive training curriculum that supports every stage of a dealer’s lifecycle. By removing operational load from Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and standardizing the activation engine, this role ensures that CSMs can focus on renewals, strategic engagement, and ROI delivery.
