About The Position

Nasdaq is seeking a Deal Strategy Associate to analyze top pre-IPO companies and develop engagement strategies and documents for Nasdaq's executive leaders and the Deal Strategy Team. This role supports prospect engagement across the Listings business and is responsible for on-site engagement with prospects via tours and bell viewings. The position is critical in supporting IPO Directors by turning engagement strategies into insights and commercial ideas that showcase Nasdaq's core offerings.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years working in a corporate environment (preferably banking, consulting, or financial communications).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and discreet.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, Pitchbook, and DealBook.
• Experience managing SharePoint libraries.
• Knowledge of the Financial and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop Account Strategy Documents by understanding companies' leadership teams and board members.
• Conduct competitive research to track competitors' engagements with prospects.
• Proactively track top deals to alert IPO Directors of company or executive news.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM in collaboration with IPO Directors.
• Create region and industry-specific reports in Pitchbook and research Board seats in Equilar.
• Host Listed Companies and Prospects at MarketSite and attend conferences and webinars.
• Lead and coordinate Deal Strategy Team briefings and create timelines for the pitch process.
• Keep a detailed tracker of action items and next steps for priority deals.
