Job Description CLO Deal Administration is seeking a Deal Reporting Services Manager (DRS Manager) to lead Deal Administration teams across multiple hub locations, supporting Broadly Syndicated Loans and Specialty products. This role reports to the Head of CLO Deal Administration and is responsible for driving operational excellence, performance management, and strategic execution across several functional units. Key Responsibilities The DRS Manager provides leadership to five or more teams, ensuring alignment with unit and divisional objectives. This role oversees and enhances policies, procedures, and training programs, partnering closely with internal business units to promote consistency and best practices. The manager is accountable for meeting and exceeding service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring performance metrics related to par and cash reporting, and establishing and tracking operational benchmarks. In addition, the DRS Manager: Coaches, develops, and recognizes employees to drive high performance and engagement Prepares, reviews, and analyzes management and exception reporting Serves as a subject matter expert for complex operational and reporting issues Manages the unit budget with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, scalability, and expense reduction

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, banking or similar field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years CLO deal administration experience.
  • 7+ years managing teams
