About The Position

This role is ideal for a highly organized and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex sales environment. The Deal Operations Manager will oversee the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring deals are structured efficiently, comply with company policies, and maximize revenue. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams to approve complex deals, optimize ARR, and provide guidance on pricing, terms, and contracting. This position requires a detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in accelerating deal velocity, enabling sales success, and maintaining accuracy and compliance across the deal process. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, offering exposure to senior leaders and complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Management, or a similar business facilitation role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS subscription models, forecasting, and revenue recognition policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Proven ability to guide sales on deal structuring, balancing compliance, profitability, and revenue goals.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to remove blockers and accelerate deal closure.
  • Detail-oriented with a broad business perspective and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including quarter-end periods.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, responsive, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end deal operations for assigned region, from proposal through order booking.
  • Facilitate approvals for pricing, business terms, and deal structures while balancing revenue optimization and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales to structure complex deals and provide guidance on contract terms.
  • Validate sales orders and contracts for policy compliance; manage booking in Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Support sales reps with quoting, order customization, and onboarding to deal processes and tools.
  • Review and approve booking packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Participate in deal reviews, commercial discussions, and cross-functional projects, including UAT testing.
