The Deal Desk Specialist I plays a crucial role in supporting the Deal Desk Process related to Sales Quotes and Contracts at Net Health. This position involves collaboration with various departments, including Finance, Sales, Legal, and Product, to ensure accurate and timely processing of deal requests. The specialist will utilize enterprise systems like Salesforce and NetSuite to build and verify quotes, create proposals, and manage sale-related documents, all while adhering to official service level agreements (SLAs).
