About The Position

As the Deal Desk Manager, you will support our Go to Market teams through the full lifecycle of building, reviewing, approving, and negotiating deals. You’ll serve as a critical connection between GTM and other teams across the company to ensure deal health and to keep deals moving smoothly. You will also help shape how we price, structure, and approve deals as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that plays a critical part on our Revenue Operations team in ensuring we hit our aggressive growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Contracts, or Sales/Revenue Operations
  • Experience with SaaS contracts and usage-based billing models
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge and hands-on CPQ experience
  • Experience administering a deal desk process for a technically complex, multi-product platform; experience in financial services is a plus
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and contract language
  • Understanding of revenue recognition rules
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and serving as the hub between multiple teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DealHub CPQ & DealHub certification
  • Experience working at a growth phase startup in the SaaS, Fintech, or Fraud space

Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance and manage our CPQ system (DealHub): Own guided selling flows, pricing rules, bundling, and overall setup to help Sales and Post-Sales teams work efficiently and consistently.
  • Partner with GTM teams: Work closely with Sales, Post-Sales, and Partnerships as a trusted advisor on deal structure, pricing analyses, and non-standard agreements.
  • Support financial accuracy: Collaborate with Finance, Data Strategy, and Operations to implement and update pricing inputs, ensure deal profitability, and maintain financial serviceability.
  • Coordinate across teams: Keep information flowing between Sales, Services, Legal, Accounting, Operations, and others throughout the deal cycle.
  • Maintain data quality: Own accuracy of key Salesforce fields on new opportunities to support reporting and customer setup.
  • Improve deal processes: Formalize deal review and approval steps and ensure all deals follow policies and guidelines.
  • Build strong internal relationships: Work with teams across the company to remove friction and support faster, cleaner deal execution.
