You will play a mission-critical role in supporting high-impact, complex enterprise deals from structure through to booking. As a key cross-functional partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, you’ll ensure deals are financially sound, contractually compliant, and operationally executable. This is a unique opportunity to influence how iManage scales its revenue engine, helping us maintain operational excellence as we grow. You'll develop deep visibility into our sales and pricing strategies—and be empowered to make process improvements that drive clarity, speed, and control.

  • Reviewing and validating sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ for accuracy in pricing, SKU use, billing logic, and contract terms
  • Evaluating proposals for financial accuracy, margin impact, and adherence to discounting and revenue recognition policies
  • Managing deal desk intake and exception workflows, flagging non-standard terms and coordinating necessary approvals
  • Collaborating with Legal to initiate and track contract workflows in Ironclad for both direct and indirect sales motions
  • Coordinating with Accounting to ensure contracts align with revenue recognition standards and booking policies
  • Tracking deal metrics, exceptions, and patterns to inform pricing strategy and improve sales execution
  • Supporting downstream processes, including commissions, partner attribution, and provisioning setup
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and clear visibility into deal risk and readiness
  • Contributing to tool enhancements, enablement materials, and best practices documentation for deal workflows
  • 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Finance, or Revenue Operations role in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to review complex deal structures for margin, discounting, and compliance
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms like Ironclad
  • Working knowledge of SaaS revenue models and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
  • A solutions-focused mindset and an interest in improving systems and processes
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience supporting partner-led deals or reseller contract structures
  • Familiarity with Coupa or enterprise procurement systems
  • Past involvement in pricing, commercial operations, or quoting process improvements
  • Exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiation dynamics
