Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and highly organized Deal Desk Coordinator to join our Public Sector Deal Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring every opportunity moves efficiently from initial intake through to final booking. Our Public Sector Deal Team is a high-impact group dedicated to supporting government and public agency clients by bridging the gap between Sales, Pricing, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, proposals, government contracting, or a related administrative function.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Professional, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking and cross-functional stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end deal process from proposal to booking to ensure accurate processing and timely revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Pricing, Operations, and Contracts teams to generate quotes and resolve barriers to deal completion.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government procurement policies while maintaining complete documentation for audit readiness.
