We’re looking for a Global Deal Desk Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the company to get deals across the line in a consistent way. Requirements

  • 2+ years of deal desk analyst experience.
  • brilliant verbal and written communication.
  • a calm head in high pressure situations.
  • an almost obsessive level of organisation, documentation and planning.
  • the flexibility to manage your own time to support ‘off hours’ work at peak times.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing our Configure, Price, Quote [CPQ] process.
  • Reviewing and Approving quotes.
  • Supporting the sales team in understanding the CPQ process.
  • Helping the sales team get their deals ‘across the line’.
  • Reporting and Analysing CPQ and Pricing Strategy
  • Reviewing CPQ and associated processes for improvement.
  • Consult on CPQ tooling and administration.
  • Inputting into Product Pricing discussions.
  • And so much more!
