About The Position
1WorldSync is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for partnering closely with the sales team to facilitate the processing of new, changing, and renewing sales contracts, and helping to coordinate smooth accurate billing, and associated onboarding/offboarding. The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a "trusted advisor" to sales in crafting and structuring contracts and SOWs, assisting with amendments and renewals, processing of sales orders, and notification to finance and support prompting invoicing/crediting and onboarding/offboarding activities. The role also works with internal stakeholders to create scalable and efficient policies and processes in support of deal making & sales activities.
