About The Position
The Deal Desk Analyst at Confluent plays a crucial role in supporting Desk operations by reviewing quotes, ensuring compliance with approval criteria, and facilitating non-standard deals. This position requires collaboration with various teams including Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to enhance the deal-flow process and identify areas for improvement. The analyst will also create Marketplace offers and assist in the reconciliation process at the end of each month and quarter.
