About The Position

The Deal Desk Analyst - Retirement Services at ADP plays a crucial role in ensuring customer success during the onboarding process for SMB clients. This position is highly customer-centric, requiring a proactive approach to manage and streamline the transition to ADP's Retirement Services. The analyst will collaborate with Sales and Service teams to execute prioritized deals efficiently and accurately, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, customer operations, sales operations, or systems integration environment.
  • Prior experience in customer success or customer onboarding operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Retirement Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a one-stop-shop for Sales, collaborating with Service organizations to execute prioritized deals with velocity and accuracy.
  • Structure Retirement Services deals and perform due diligence and analysis of customer onboarding requirements.
  • Handle sensitive information, asset transfers, document reviews, and participant allocation while adhering to federal/state/local guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions regarding their transition and onboarding process to ADP's Retirement Services plan.
  • Manage and analyze data at both client and deal levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with Sales and Implementation policies/procedures.
  • Develop tools and calculators to simplify capturing and reporting of transition requirements.
  • Provide a seamless, Concierge-style service for onboarding clients from sale to start.
  • Work with urgency to root cause issues related to process, policy, system, and data, engaging with functional owners to resolve them.
  • Ensure a smooth and successful hand-off of customers to the Service organization.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with peers in cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient Sales to Implementation cycle.
  • Provide recommendations to ADP leadership on best practices and training based on client input or experience.
