RUSD is seeking dynamic educators who: • Exhibit knowledge of modern teaching methods and techniques within the domain of the DHH credential • have experience and skill in the use of sign language • Exhibit knowledge and experience in auditory-oral techniques • Exhibit strong pedagogical skills • Have a breadth of experience in educational technology • Demonstrate instruction with a 21st-century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. Requirements

Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Deaf and Hard of Hearing authorization
CLAD or similar authorization for instruction to English Learners
Letter of Introduction
Resume
Credential Copy- valid California Credential to teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing EL(please include the document number)
Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the 2 last years and from at least one direct supervisor)
Transcripts (Copies of all college coursework credits)
