A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEADSTOCK DRIVER As a Deadstock Driver, you will be responsible for picking up dead hogs, cattle and meat scraps from farm sites on a daily route. As our customers range in size from farmers to feedlots to large-scale slaughterhouses. Driving a straight truck or a tractor-trailer, you will collect materials from multiple customers along your route each day. You will manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and also keep an up-to-date paper log for compliance purposes. Taking responsibility for your truck, you keep it clean and complete a vehicle condition report on a daily basis. You will provide exceptional professional service to all customers while following all laws & regulations. You will love getting to hit the road for a living while still being at home every night.
