About The Position

We are looking for five dedicated staff members to join a multidisciplinary working group tasked with the critical mission of designing, implementing, and monitoring our district’s new Time-Out and De-escalation Protocols. This group will ensure our practices are data-driven, trauma- informed, and practical for classroom environments.

Requirements

  • Current staff member with a strong interest in student behavior, safety, and equity.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide constructive, solution-oriented feedback.
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Openness to reviewing and refining existing templates and professional practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Implement: Help build the framework for how de-escalation and time-out protocols are used across the district.
  • Data Monitoring: Review district-wide data to identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
