Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive management of DHA IT infrastructures using industry-leading tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and MED365 Cloud Services.
• Contribute to 24x7 operations by maintaining enterprise-level products and ensuring performance resilience and reliability.
• Provide advanced support and optimize services and tools like Active Directory, enhancing system scalability and performance.
• Play a critical role in compliance and security management, addressing vulnerabilities, and assuring network integrity.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing SharePoint Portals, driving knowledge management efficiency.
• Document and implement configuration strategies that establish robust infrastructure baselines.
• Develop cutting-edge IT infrastructure designs that meet and exceed operational requirements.
• Design and implement forward-looking, compliant identity and access management solutions.
• Lead the development of solutions that enhance application integration and system monitoring in a hybrid environment.
