About The Position
Burre Dental Center - Eureka, CA is looking for a DDS/DMD for a 3-month assignment with potential to extend. Prefer 6+ month contracts. Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM - Eureka, CA. Average of 16-18 patients per day. MUST see 8-9 minimum patients per 4 hours. Patient care is 36 hrs/week. 4hrs for administrative time. General Dentistry - Bread n butter - Must see all ages: 50/50 kids/adults. Extractions are a MUST. EMR: EPIC. Licensure Needed: CA. Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS - Board Certified. MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health. Name clear. Presentation then reviewed my Med Director/Site Director. Zoom call and offer. For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic.
