About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is looking for a Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant formerly (DIDD Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities), ECF, and CLS experience who can review our programmatic work ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards. Plus assist with the corrections that are needed for our Agency. This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, for 10 to 15 hours per week. You must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse and keyboard to use with our company laptop. Must have high-speed internet. To Qualify For This Position you MUST live in Tennessee To Qualify For This Position you MUST HAVE Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience. Applicants currently serving in a full-time role must be certain they can dedicate a dependable 10 to 15 hours per week to this position, as consistent availability is essential. This role may not conflict with, or be performed during, the duties of their primary employment.

Requirements

  • Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy, and completeness
  • Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
  • Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
  • Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff.
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Must have good computer skills, we are a paperless agency.
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • You must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly.

Responsibilities

  • Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing the various information that is entered into PHS by Program Managers and others as to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others of individuals' program progress for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to the regulatory guidelines.
  • Recommend action needed to fix repeating issues.
  • Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.
  • Assist VP, Directors, and others in reviewing processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Work with the VP, Directors and other staff to become more effective and efficient.
