It is responsible for supporting core DCS client systems, including RCCare and SCIA, to ensure their reliable and efficient operation. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle, providing tier 2 technical support, administering systems, developing operational configurations, managing DCS client data, and delivering training and guidance to staff and volunteers.
