About The Position
The Direct Care Staff position at the Crisis Center in Tuscaloosa, AL is a relief role with varying hours. The staff will work effectively in a group setting to serve the needs of clients, particularly those with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lift up to fifty pounds. Staff will be responsible for providing transportation for clients, performing observations, assisting in client education, and maintaining documentation in accordance with agency policies.
