About The Position

Assists in the production of quality parts by ensuring production machines are well-maintained.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. and stand the entire shift.
• Must know basic shop math
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work weekend overtime as required
• Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.
• Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.

Responsibilities

• Replenish fluids/lubrication
• Perform daily preventative maintenance check
• Remove and dispose chips/shaving
• Carry out 5S activities
• Perform Deep preventative maintenance to entire machines
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
