We are seeking a qualified instructor who is DCJS certified (armed or unarmed) and certified by the NRA or USCCA to teach handgun training. The ideal candidate should also be a CPR, FA, & AED instructor with certifications from NSC, HSI, or AMA. The selected instructor will be required to attend one of our actual classes as a co-instructor to assess their teaching style and ensure compliance with DCJS standards. This position is paid per class, not hourly, and involves teaching 1-on-1 classes with a current output of seven classes a week, each lasting 8 hours.
