About The Position

Responsible for handling all routine maintenance functions: such as oil change, tire rotation, tire change, fixing flats, grease and fluid levels. Maintain a clean work area. Able to meet deadlines. Friendly, courteous, and helpful to customers. Clean and neat while doing duties assigned. Cleans up material and excess when completing a job. Responsible to complete all documentation (work orders, purchase orders, etc.) & turn into Motor/Pool Shop Manager upon completion. Regular attendance is essential function of the job, must be very dependable. Comply with other duties as assigned by the Motor/Pool Shop Manager, and/or General Manager. The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system. Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke.  Extensive computer use.  Must handle hazardous materials.  Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs.  Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License and be insurable on Company’s Policy
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Physical mobility throughout the facility and surrounding grounds
  • knowledge of and ability to use necessary equipment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all departments

Nice To Haves

  • Tech- School – not required but preferred
