The Operations Coordinator will support the Director of Operations by owning day-to-day operational tasks critical to the success of DCAC events. This role is designed for someone who is highly task-driven, eager to learn, and ready to grow into deeper ownership of systems, tools, and processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly across teams, and takes pride in executing details that drive event success.

  • Manage and maintain event platforms including Cvent and CRM systems (HubSpot and/or Salesforce).
  • Ensure data accuracy, task tracking, and system updates across tools.
  • Support registration, reporting, and internal workflows tied to events.
  • Act as a key liaison between Operations and Sales, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Communicate status updates, needs, and risks clearly and proactively.
  • Source, vet, and coordinate with vendors (event services, logistics, partners).
  • Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and operational requirements.
  • Support on-site and pre-event logistics as needed.
  • Execute assigned operational tasks with speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and escalate or solve proactively.
  • Support the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and workflows.
