The DCA Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and supporting the onsite safety program, fostering a strong safety culture and healthy work environment. This role is integral to the organization, enforcing policies, conducting training, inspections, case management, audits, and job safety analysis to ensure compliance. The coordinator will collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to reduce injuries and AL/GL claims, drive process improvements through statistical analysis and root cause identification, and provide site-specific support to management, supervisors, and employees, promoting safety initiatives with the goal of zero injuries.
