The company is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator with familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions and a commitment to phenomenal customer service. Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience

  • Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions
  • Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures

  • Familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions

Nice To Haves

  • A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department
  • Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
  • Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives
  • Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
