You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. We are hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operators IV to join our 3rd Shift Monday – Friday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM. Overtime required as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
  • 3-5 years’ warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required

  • Material handling equipment experiences preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role with all associates on 3rd shift.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members in proper procedures.
  • Coordinate prompt flow of product from selector staging locations/conveyors to shipping completion.
  • Promote safe work practices and resolve safety concerns identified.
  • Coordinate work processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of service.
  • Coordinate communication and feedback to associate task and performance standards.
  • Conduct counseling, coaching, and performance appraisal as indicated.
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
  • Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
  • Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
  • Ensures associates are working on the correct orders and reassigning them as necessary to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Level 4’s are empowered to make labor moves based on priorities defined by leadership.
  • Ensures associate problems are heard and addressed so the associate can continue moving forward with their work.
  • Oversees various workflows and process paths, as assigned, to ensure customer orders are picked accurately and within the time-sensitive expectations of customers.
  • Potentially working in path if the workload dictates the need.
  • Supports the site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
