WHAT YOU'LL DO An unloader is responsible for unloading goods or cargo from trucks, ships, or other transportation vehicles. Their duties ensure that items are safely and efficiently removed and properly stored in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Responsible for unloading all product off inbound trucks and moving to designated location
- Responsible for maintaining continuity and flow of the receiving dock
- Good organizational skill sets due to documentation needs
- Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly and monthly
- Needs to follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- May be required to cross train and perform other duties
- At times, will be working around private offices, needs to maintain confidentiality
