About The Position

The Training Specialist or Trainer at the Mocksville Distribution Center is responsible for leading all operational training activities across the facility. This role ensures that new hires, cross-trained associates, and existing team members are properly trained, certified, and refreshed on standard methods, safety practices, pay-related procedures, and operational expectations. Beyond delivering training, this position plays a key role in Process Control by monitoring method adherence, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Human Resources to sustain standard work, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the Distribution Center. This role serves as the primary trainer for the DC and acts as a bridge between people, process, and performance.
