About The Position
The position involves training and certifying TSMs (Team Service Members) in various skills specific to their area or in additional skills to work in other areas within the distribution center. This may include certification on machines. When not training, the individual will perform department functions. The role also requires re-testing all TSMs on procedural changes and re-training those with low productivity or accuracy. Participation in special projects and performing other duties as required is also expected. All positions are responsible for meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed, adhering to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding workplace behavior.
