About The Position

The DC Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks related to shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks are performed efficiently. This role involves managing the work schedules of warehouse employees and ensuring that all products are stored and distributed according to customer requirements. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling, inventory tracking, and providing work direction to other teammates.
• Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-Lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products to meet customer requirements.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, including company vehicles, in compliance with laws and safety regulations.
• Monitors employee attendance, productivity, and performance markers, providing counseling as required.
• Coordinates work with warehouse and operations manager, telephone sales, and other supervisors regarding shipments and merchandise shortages.
• Maintains various records and reports, such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommends changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency.

• Annual salary of $65,000 - $70,000
