Requirements

  • Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 1 year of sales, sales support or customer service experience with a High School Diploma
  • Communicate Effectively - You connect with others effectively and clearly (both in person and over the phone) with strong and friendly communication skills.
  • Have a Growth Mindset – You’re willing to put in the work to become knowledgeable about our products to be able to confidently answer customer questions and anticipate their needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that key Distribution Center functions are completely in a timely manner in accordance with our company’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist the DC Manager with monitoring key performance indicators
  • Look at our processes with an eye to recommend ways to streamline and create efficiencies
  • Work closely with sales and operations on emergency or priority needs for customers
  • Monitor the DC’s Cycle Count plans and work with Inventory Control to ensure that we are counting efficiently and staying on completion schedule for compliance
  • Coordinate with the Receiving Team on Vendor Discrepancies and promptly report those Discrepancies to the Vendor to ensure that those are resolved in a timely manner
  • Responsible for vetting and conversion of all Branch Transfer Requests to ship out of the DC
  • Responsible for vetting of the Transfer Backorder Report and allocation of any outstanding backorders as product comes into stock
