About The Position

Perform a wide variety of job functions associated with maintaining inventory integrity and availability throughout the distribution center by the proper handling of product.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Must complete and pass company-standardized test.
• Must be able to work closely and well with others.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse environment.
• Alphanumeric stocking or RF directed stocking experience.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Advanced computer skills.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Performance any tasks that is required by DC leadership, especially in area of specific designation (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Quality Assurance, etc.)
• Research inventory discrepancies.
• Keep all work areas neat and clean, including clean up of any spills that occur while performing job duties.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Team Members with experience may be designed as trainers.
• As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all document action is completed.
• Trainers are responsible to explain specific job duties/functions.
• Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others and maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.
• All other duties as assigned by DC Management team.
