About The Position

Everflow Supplies’ Distribution Center Facility Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure employee safety, inventory accuracy, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance. This role oversees Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions while driving continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence across the distribution center.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with management and hourly team members
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in logistics and warehouse operations, including reach truck, order picker, and forklift operation
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated leadership, management capability, and operational vision to meet or exceed performance expectations with a sense of urgency
High level of integrity and respect in all interactions

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to warehouse teams, ensuring a safe work environment and high standards of quality, productivity, and delivery performance
Plan, coordinate, and optimize Shipping and Receiving schedules, including managing unscheduled downtime and maximizing efficient use of labor resources
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operating efficiency, proactive problem-solving, and waste/error reduction
Achieve and maintain established customer order fill rates and service-level expectations
Manage and support Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory teams within the Distribution Center
Ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of finished goods, work-in-process materials, raw materials, and waste
Track, trace, and expedite pick labels and customer orders to support smooth inbound and outbound warehouse flow
Address customer complaints promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Follow up with transportation carriers to ensure all shipments are OTIF (On Time In Full)
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and constructive performance guidance to team members
Conduct performance evaluations to support employee development and strengthen team capabilities
Enforce warehouse policies, attendance standards, and corrective action procedures as needed
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, workplace safety policies, DOT regulations, and OSHA requirements
Drive the implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of key performance metrics
Collaborate with the management team to improve overall efficiency, accuracy, workforce skill levels, and operational controls
