About The Position

This position oversees, maintains, and repairs equipment, as well as other facility structures, within a complex warehouse environment. The role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of electric lift equipment and conveyor systems.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a trade school degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 1 Minimum Years of Work Experience.
• Experience working with general engine parts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical inclination.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on conveyor systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs electric lift equipment, conveyor systems, as well as technical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues where needed.
• Understands and troubleshoots conveyor operating system logic.
• Performs preventative maintenance as well as necessary modifications on electric lift equipment, conveyor systems, and buildings.
• Provides equipment status reports, including details of unusual maintenance problems.
• Follows all safety guidelines established by manufacturer, Home Depot, or government agencies.
• Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment, performing daily cleanup of work areas.
