About The Position

POSITION: DC Maintenance Supervisor SHIFT : 3 rd Shift ( MUST be Flexible) DEPARTMENT : Distribution Center LOCATION: Marshalltown, IA SALARY CLASS : Exempt INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY QUALIFICATIONS: Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict. Good verbal and written communication skills , people skills. Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial. Maintenance background and PLC knowledge. Great Work ethic a MUST. Great Follow up. Responsibilities

• Perform on line edits, and program changes with PLC's and familiarity w ith box logic.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems, and process control systems.
• Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publication.
• Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure.
• Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
• PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
• Warehouse Refrigeration.
