Position will work M-F from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with possible overtime.

Requirements

  • 2+ years quality assurance experience in a distribution center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory store in assigned locations.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities.
  • Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Represent the FEI organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.
  • Develops and recommends improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
  • Resolve all inventory concerns as reported on Problem Forms and Location Research Forms
  • Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations.
  • May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.
  • Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment.
  • Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
  • Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
