About The Position

The position involves accurately counting SKU's in the file and maintaining supply and inventory levels for products. The employee will perform data entry of counts in the cycle count system and review/research count discrepancies, making corrections based on established guidelines. Additionally, the role includes creating cycle count files and making recommendations to improve inventory accuracy. The employee will file completed count paperwork and prepare reports, while also maintaining a safe work environment by performing job functions safely and reporting any potential job hazards to management. Good housekeeping practices in assigned areas are also required. The employee must maintain productivity according to assigned standards and conduct audits for inbound and outbound operations. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous employment in a physical inventory capacity, or another inventory related environment preferred.
• Computer, equipment operator, warehouse management system knowledge, a plus.
• Requires good mathematical competency.
